If you're facing a problem with HERE WeGo regarding your current position (it's being shown in the middle of Atlantic Ocean / near to Africa coast) when using its offline navigation, please follow the below steps to solve it:
1. Update your app to the newest version available for Android version (2.0.14125 or newer)
2. Go to the setting in the main menu of the app
3. Click clear history button
4. Click confirm button
After cleaning the search history, this should make your app work flawlessly again.
