Net Promoter Score (NPS)
NPS is a quick survey that will help us understand how satisfied you are with our app and maps. After answering one question, ‘How likely are you to recommend our product to a friend or colleague?' you’ll be able to leave detailed feedback about your experience using WeGo maps, which comes straight to our inbox.

For detailed feedback or to thoroughly describe an issue, you can email us directly at appsupport@here.com. When reporting an issue, please include the following details:
- Was the issue on the website or mobile app?
- If on mobile, what’s your OS version and the app version?
- A clear description of the problem.
- Screenshots or videos, if possible, to help us understand the issue.
Reporting missing points of interest
Can’t find your home or a new restaurant on the map? Please send us the address details of any missing locations and our team of cartographers will investigate and add the point of interest so that you can always find where you want to go.
Report incorrect speed limits and road signs
In the mobile app, you can report incorrect speed limits or road signs during navigation by tapping the speed limit indicator or road sign icon when they appear.
